Mentoring Sessions
We care about your success at Headstart Essentials. That’s why we offer personalized mentoring sessions and monitor your Arise star performance to help you improve and reach your goals. Unlike other businesses, we provide 1:1 mentoring sessions to give you the support you need. Our sessions cover topics like handling escalations, time management, and boosting performance. We are committed to your success and will be with you every step of the way.
Low Fees
Our fees are very affordable, starting at $0.00 and going up to $40 for every two-week pay period. The fee is based on the hours you work, so you only pay when you’re working. We want to make sure our agents can earn a fair income without having to spend too much on fees.
Fast Payment
You will receive your payments twice a month through automatic payroll, one day after we receive the invoice from our clients. We offer EMT or direct deposit options with no extra fees.

Our Fees
Our Goal
Ensure that our CSPs (Customer Support Professional) have a great work-life-balance and this reflects in our charges which are one of the lowest IBO fees in the Arise Network. The inclusion of the percentage structure for CSPs that make less than $400/pay cycle, minimizes your risk from having a fixed cost, especially when they take days off due to illness, vacations, etc.
What it Covers
These monthly fees cover our expenses to manage CSP’s who rather not go through the INCORPORATION process due to lack of time, funds, CRA tax programs or other reasons. Fees cover our operational expenses, preparing annual CRA tax forms, payroll, tech support, consultation/coaching, and other services.
Compare
Some Businesses charge 10%-15% per invoice period which can total more than $200 a month. We are confident we offer the best fees, express payments, and support for our CSPs.
